Terms of Use
These Terms of Use explain the rules, responsibilities, limitations, and conditions that apply when you access Browsiox.com and use its tools, pages, features, and services.
Public-content boundaries
Browsiox supports only publicly available or properly authorized content and does not unlock protected information.
Independent platform
Browsiox is an independent service and is not automatically affiliated with third-party social platforms.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for using Browsiox lawfully and respecting privacy, intellectual-property, and platform rules.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Browsiox.com, including all pages, tools, features, accounts, plans, communications, and related services offered through the website.
By accessing or using Browsiox in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using Browsiox immediately.
Your use of Browsiox is also subject to any additional policies referenced in these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. About Browsiox
Browsiox provides browser-based tools and interfaces related to supported publicly available content from social media platforms. Our tools are designed to help users access, view, and organize information that is publicly accessible or properly authorized.
Browsiox is an independent service. We do not own, control, or operate any third-party social media platform. Unless expressly stated, Browsiox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, Snapchat, or any other third-party platform.
We do not control the availability, privacy settings, terms, or content policies of third-party platforms. We cannot guarantee that any particular third-party content will remain accessible through Browsiox.
3. Eligibility
By using Browsiox, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use online services of this nature. Browsiox is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
You may not use Browsiox if doing so is prohibited by applicable law, or if you have been previously suspended or restricted from using the service. You agree to use Browsiox only in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
4. Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, you may use Browsiox for lawful purposes, including accessing supported publicly available content, reviewing public profiles, pages, posts, media, links, or metadata, conducting personal research, content discovery, public-content analysis, and professional research where lawful. You may also use available Free, Pro, or Business features according to the limits of your plan.
Access is subject to technical availability, tool limitations, plan limits, third-party platform restrictions, applicable law, and these Terms. We reserve the right to modify or restrict access to any feature at any time.
5. Prohibited Use
You must not use Browsiox for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. Specifically, you must not attempt to access private, restricted, blocked, deleted, protected, friends-only, unpublished, or unauthorized content; bypass authentication, privacy settings, paywalls, access controls, or platform restrictions; use automated scraping, bots, crawlers, or bulk extraction without our written authorization; overload, disrupt, or attack Browsiox systems or infrastructure; introduce malware, harmful code, or malicious requests; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any protected part of the service; circumvent usage limits, rate limits, billing controls, or security systems; impersonate another person or organization; submit misleading, fraudulent, or harmful information; violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other legal rights; harass, stalk, threaten, exploit, or profile individuals unlawfully; use Browsiox to collect sensitive personal information without legal basis; resell, sublicense, copy, frame, or commercially exploit Browsiox without permission; misrepresent Browsiox as officially affiliated with any third-party platform; use the service in connection with illegal surveillance; or attempt to obtain social media passwords, session tokens, authentication codes, or private credentials through Browsiox.
6. Public-Content Limitation
Browsiox tools are designed around supported publicly available or properly authorized content. Public availability is determined by the originating platform and the content owner. Browsiox does not control the privacy settings of third-party platforms.
A tool name describing a particular viewing workflow does not guarantee that specific content will be accessible. Results may be unavailable, incomplete, outdated, restricted, or removed without notice.
7. User Inputs and Submitted Links
When using Browsiox tools, you may submit public usernames, public profile links, public post URLs, public video URLs, public page links, public subreddit links, public media links, or other supported identifiers for processing.
By submitting any input, you represent that you have the right to submit it, that your use is lawful, that the input does not contain passwords or private credentials, and that your use does not violate another person's rights. Browsiox may reject, limit, or remove inputs that appear unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or unsupported.
8. Accounts and Account Security
Where account functionality is available, you are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your Browsiox credentials, and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access. You must not share your account in violation of applicable plan terms.
Browsiox may suspend or restrict accounts linked to abusive activity, security risks, or Terms violations. You should never submit third-party social media passwords to Browsiox through any form or tool input.
9. Free and Paid Plans
Browsiox may offer Free access, Pro plans, Business plans, monthly billing, yearly billing, and promotional or introductory access. Features, limits, and availability may differ by plan. Prices may change prospectively, and paid access may require an active subscription.
Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes where relevant. Availability of specific plans may vary by location. Some tools may remain free, limited, changed, or discontinued over time. Not every currently listed feature will necessarily remain included in every plan.
10. Yearly Billing and Discounts
Yearly plans may be billed as a single annual payment. Where displayed, a yearly discount may be calculated against twelve standard monthly payments. A crossed-out price may represent the undiscounted annual total for comparison purposes.
Where displayed, yearly Pro and Business plans may include a 10% discount compared with twelve standard monthly payments. The effective monthly amount shown is for illustration only; the annual total is the amount charged. Current checkout pricing controls the final amount payable.
11. Payments and Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party providers. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate billing information, pay applicable charges, authorize the selected payment method, and pay applicable taxes where required.
Browsiox may not directly store full payment-card details. Payment providers have their own terms and privacy policies. Failed payments may result in limited or suspended access. Currency conversion or bank fees may be charged by third-party financial institutions.
12. Renewals, Changes, and Cancellation
Recurring plans may renew automatically where clearly disclosed at checkout. You should review billing terms before completing a purchase. Cancellation generally affects future renewal rather than automatically resulting in a refund for the current billing period.
Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period following cancellation. Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next billing cycle, depending on the nature of the change. Actual account and checkout controls govern cancellation timing.
13. Refunds
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins. Browsiox may review exceptional billing issues at its discretion on a case-by-case basis.
If you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact support@browsiox.com. Contacting support does not guarantee a refund, but we will review legitimate concerns in good faith.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
Browsiox owns or licenses the website design, branding, logos, original text, interface layouts, software, code, graphics, tool organization, documentation, and original product content made available through the service.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, resell, distribute, create derivative works from, remove legal notices from, or use Browsiox trademarks without prior written permission. Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Third-Party Content and Platforms
Browsiox may reference, link to, embed, organize, or display information originating from third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, and Snapchat. Browsiox does not own or control third-party content.
Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, and usage rules. Browsiox is not responsible for third-party changes, outages, restrictions, content removals, or platform decisions. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Browsiox tools. A link or reference does not imply endorsement.
16. Copyright and Rights Complaints
If you believe that content available through Browsiox infringes your copyright, trademark, privacy, or other legal rights, or if you believe you have been impersonated or your personal information has been shared without authorization, you may contact us.
Notices should include your name, contact email, the relevant Browsiox URL, identification of the affected content, an explanation of the claimed rights, a good-faith statement, and any supporting information. Please send notices to support@browsiox.com.
17. Service Availability
Browsiox may change tools, add features, remove features, limit access, conduct maintenance, modify plan limits, suspend unavailable integrations, change layouts, or discontinue services at any time. Uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, third-party dependencies, security incidents, or factors outside our reasonable control.
18. Tool Accuracy and Results
Results depend on public availability, supported inputs, and third-party platform conditions. Inputs may be unsupported, and third-party platform changes may affect the accuracy or availability of results. Content displayed through Browsiox may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.
Browsiox does not verify every item of third-party content. You should independently verify any important information obtained through Browsiox. Browsiox is not a source of official platform records.
19. No Professional Advice
Browsiox does not provide legal, financial, medical, employment, investigative, or law-enforcement advice. The information and tools available through Browsiox are not a substitute for professional consultation. You should consult qualified professionals for advice tailored to your specific circumstances.
20. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the inputs you submit, how you use the results, your compliance with applicable law, your compliance with third-party terms, obtaining necessary permissions, respecting privacy and intellectual property rights, and avoiding harmful reliance on incomplete or inaccurate information.
21. Suspension and Termination
Browsiox may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access where reasonably necessary due to Terms violations, abuse, fraud, security risks, non-payment, excessive automated requests, legal obligations, third-party complaints, or service protection. Serious violations may result in immediate action without prior notice.
Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred. Upon termination, your right to use Browsiox ceases immediately, subject to any applicable post-termination provisions.
22. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Browsiox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or ability to recover unavailable content.
We do not guarantee continued access to third-party platform content or that every submitted input will produce results. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Browsiox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service, loss of data, lost profits, lost opportunities, third-party content, platform restrictions, account suspension, security incidents outside our reasonable control, or reliance on tool results.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
24. Indemnification
Where permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Browsiox harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the service, your submitted inputs, your breach of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights, your misuse of third-party content, or your fraud or intentional misconduct.
25. Privacy
Your use of Browsiox is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information, as well as your privacy rights and our use of cookies and similar technologies.
26. Cookies
Browsiox may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Continued use of the website is subject to available cookie controls and your browser settings.
27. Electronic Communications
By using Browsiox, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including support replies, account notices, billing notices, security alerts, service updates, and legally required messages. These electronic communications may satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, where permitted by applicable law.
28. Changes to the Terms
Browsiox may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, new features, security updates, legal requirements, billing changes, or operational updates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
Continued use of Browsiox after changes take effect may indicate acceptance of the updated Terms, subject to applicable law. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
29. Governing Principles and Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If a dispute arises, you should first contact Browsiox at support@browsiox.com to attempt informal resolution.
Jurisdiction and venue depend on applicable law and the legal location of the relevant parties. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using mandatory local consumer remedies where they apply.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be interpreted as narrowly as necessary to align with its intended purpose to the extent permitted by law.
31. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later. No waiver of any term shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by the party against whom enforcement is sought.
32. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission. Browsiox may transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a restructuring, acquisition, merger, asset transfer, or service operation, subject to applicable law.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any checkout-specific terms presented during a purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Browsiox concerning your use of the service. They supersede any prior agreements, communications, or representations, whether oral or written.
34. Contact Browsiox
